The Forest Hut consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with
a fireplace, a bedroom and a porch; on the first floor there are two bedrooms. The house is fitted with four beds (one of which is a double bed) in total and there is a possibility to add extra beds.
The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances needed for preparing meals:
a fridge with a freezer, a gas stove,
a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a sandwich maker,
a mushroom drying machine, tableware
as well as pots and pans.
Meeting all standards, equipped with
a shower, washbasin, toilet bowl, mirror, hair dryer and towels. There is also a baby bathtub available.
The Forest Hut is a perfect place to spend quality time with children. Toys, education games, LEGO and puzzle are only
a few of the attractions which await for the youngest. We have a toddler library with books and coloring papers. Near the house there is a sandpit, a swing and a hammock. An active recreation in the fresh air is an excellent way to spend time with your kids. There is a possibility of arranging the bedroom for an adult.
A perfect place to start a new day by drinking morning coffee by the sound of croaking frogs. From under the gazebo, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the meadow of the Łutownia river and the Białowieża Forest. The small bridge which connects the isle and the shore is often used by our guest as a great place to sunbathe. Another interesting way to fill your time with fun is going fishing. The pond is fenced off so your children will stay safe.
The best way to spend the evening is by the fireplace. While enjoying atraditional Polish sausage fried over the fire you can share the impressions from the day with your friends. Our guests can use a fully equipped barbecue kit too.
Using the Russian Banya is a best way to enhance the body’s immunity. Spending some time in it clears your body from toxins, evens out the heart rate, helps blood circulation, relaxes tense muscles, adjusts the pressure peaks and increases body’s agility. Moreover, the Russian Banya makes
a positive impact on your mind because it reduces everyday stress and fatigue, relaxes, improves well-being, concentration and it gives an enormous energy boost.
In the birch grove, which surrounds The Forest Hut, there
is a unique building, almost as if taken from another era. This is the Pyramide of Health, built according to the ancient Egyptian patterns. Inside there is a bed, which can be used to lie down in the peaceful atmosphere or to meditate.
If you want to take a refreshing sip of the forest water, there is an old Polish well with a crane. It is worth knowing that this well equipped with a crane is one of the last ones on the rural part of the Podlasie region.
We have cult board games: Monopoly, Scrabble, Jungle Speed, Time,
5 seconds, Chinese, Jenga, Dixit, Evolution, Games of Thrones, Charades among others. In the house, there are also cards, chess, jackstraws and dice. There are lots of games to play outdoors: badmington, pétanque, molkyy, Frisbee or kite flying.
Bicycle tours are one of the best ways to make the most of the Bialowieża Forest. Our guests have five bicyclesat their disposal: one for women, three for men and one for children. We have fixed child seat. Using the bicycles is free of charge.
Being far far away from the civilization allows you to lie down on the grass and immerse yourself into the world of books with full concentration. The shelves of The Forest Hut are filled with albums about the Białowieża Forest, nature books, as well as crime, adventure and sci-fi books. We also have some books available in English.
Our house is pet-friendly. The surroundings of The Forest Hut are perfect for canine adventures and cat wandering. It is worth to spend the holiday with your beloved pets in the Białowieża Forest.
